FORT MYERS, FL – The Fort Myers division of Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. is working on the new multimillion-dollar, 33-story High Point Place Condominium and City Homes, Phase II, in Fort Myers, FL, under its contract with Kraft Construction. The 105-unit high-rise is scheduled for completion in September 2007. Tri-City also served as electrical contractor on Phase I, consisting of a 33-story, 105-unit tower and the initial 3-story, 6-unit City Homes building.
