2007 ABC Member of the Year: Ron Cox

The Florida Gulf Coast Chapter’s "Member of the Year" award for 2007 went to an individual who personifies commitment. Ron Cox has been actively involved in association for over a decade. He is a truly believer in giving back to the industry which has made him a successful business leader. He is the man that President Theodore Roosevelt described in his famous quote, “Every man owes a part of his time and money to the business he is engaged. No man has a moral right to withhold his support from an organization that is striving to improve conditions within his sphere”. Ron Cox is a true craft professional in his own trade; he started as an apprentice working for an ABC member. Worked is way to foreman, supervisor and owner of his own company…The American Dream!
