Cliff Brewis, an economist who directs editorial content for McGraw-Hill Construction, delivered to a crowd of 176 Associated Builders & Contractor members gathered in Tampa last Tuesday. His talk, "Outlook 2008," forecasted the U.S. construction industry's areas of growth and decline.
