Less than one week after organized labor and their friends in congress passed The Employee Free Choice Act they are pushing the envelope again and continue to over-reach! The House will vote this week to expand the Davis-Bacon Act!
Now that they are in the majority, Democrats and their union friends plan on shoving Davis-Bacon Act requirements down the throats of open-shop contractors at every possible opportunity.
ABC Members must make their voice heard loud and clear and let Members of Congress know that we will not stand idly while Davis-Bacon Act requirements are forced up on us. Take Action, Now!
